Sebastian Damm is an interdisciplinary designer whose services include Industrial Design, Design Research, User Experience, User interface design and digital marketing.

Sebastian graduated from RMIT with a bachelor of industrial design (First Class Honours). Sebastian's practice includes in-house solo product and graphic development, digital marketing & Web-development.
In 2014 Sebastian worked with world-renowned fashion designer Sruli Recht. Sebastian assisted Sruli Recht in working on a range of products and art installations. During this time, Sebastian also worked with Sruli in developing the vastly successful Norlan Whisky Glass, which was funded on Kickstarter in December 2015.
Since Graduating Sebastian has been nominated for the Design Institute of Australia, Graduate of the Year award, where he won a commendation and third overall prize.
Sebastian currently works as a Product Design Engineer at design consultancy Outerspace. Here Sebastian works on a broad range of projects floating between the design and mechanical teams.
Previously, Sebastian worked as the Design and Digital Marketing Manager at Athlegen, Australia's leading treatment table producer, while also consulting on a range of projects from furniture to homewares and products.
Sebastian's work straddles between the spheres of traditional industrial design, photography, graphic design and immersive user experience design and research. Sebastian is constantly trying to push the boundaries through thorough research, material exploration and immersion in alternative creative fields.

Sruli Recht
Partner and Creative Director
Sruli Recht is an Icelandic fashion designer who was one of three founding members of glassware company Norlan.
Sebastian worked with Sruli on a number of projects, including the hugely successful Norlan whisky glass, which was launched on Kickstarter in late 2015 and successfully reached 1000% funding.
RMIT University
Liam Fennessey
Sebastian's work as a Casual Academic was conducted with Liam Fennessey, who was the head of the Industrial Design Faculty at that time. Sebastian worked on the design and production of a number of awards for the yearly RMIT Teachers awards ceremony. These Awards were machined out of Aluminium on a 5 axis CNC and then hand polished and assembled.

Since 2016 Sebastian has worked with Athlegen helping to design and produce products. Sebastian also currently manages Athlegen's digital marketing and website.
